Data Wiping & Compliance

Every device entering our depot undergoes a certified multi-pass data destruction process using Blancco Mobile Edition. The wipe is logged, a tamper-evident certificate is generated per device, and the record is stored in your portal for on-demand audit access. No data leaves on any device; no exceptions.

Refurbishment & Grading
Every device inspected, graded, and depot-ready.
After data destruction, each device is physically inspected, cleaned, and assessed. We assign a standardised grade (A, B, or C) based on cosmetic condition, and perform any necessary refurbishment — battery health, screen assessment, port cleaning — before the device enters depot stock.

Depot Storage & Fulfillment
Secure storage. SIM-aware fulfillment. Tracked to the new hire.
Graded devices enter secure depot stock, indexed by SKU, model, grade, province of origin, and SIM/Bell line status. When a new hire needs a device, your fulfillment partner selects from live inventory, specifies the destination province, and submits. We handle cross-provincial SIM coordination with Bell, package the device, and ship it — tracked end-to-end.
